Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of steel and composite construction

The position is initially limited until 30.09.2022.

(Qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG; the possibility of a doctorate is given)

Tasks:

• Independent work on a self-chosen scientific topic in the area of the FG's focus. This research activity serves as preparation for the doctorate
• Collaboration in the implementation and preparation of research projects.
• Support of the department in the area of teaching
• Participation in working groups, committees and/or self-governing bodies of the department

Prerequisites:

• Completed scientific university degree and specialized knowledge in the field of civil engineering
• Experience in handling and applying information of various kinds
• Ability to evaluate literature and check it against own experience and knowledge
• Organizational skills
• Dealing with different groups and discussion skills
• German language skills at least B2
• Knowledge of English at least B2

Advantageous are

Good knowledge of the administrative work of the department
