In the first months of your employment, you will be accompanied and supported by systematic mentoring as you familiarize yourself with your area of responsibility. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to visit other areas of the central university administration and to gain further qualifications for your job by participating in internal and external training events. In the case of positive development and after successful further qualification, a review of your classification will take place after two years in connection with the assumption of a unit for development planning.
