Project employee (m/f/d), up to EG 13 TV-H - in the Teaching Service Center

The position is initially limited until 31.01.2021 (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

The University of Kassel is pursuing a strengthening of the didactic quality of digitized academic teaching. Teachers are to be supported in the development and use of digital offerings.

The University of Kassel is funded by the state of Hesse in the project "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse". The universities in Hesse are striving to provide all students with access to quality-assured digital teaching content and digitally supported teaching and learning formats. To this end, the offerings of the participating universities are to be further developed and strengthened and networked through a joint service facility.

Tasks:

• Documentation of the workflows of an e-assessment center at universities, with the aim of publishing and making them usable for other Hessian universities
• Development of digital training materials for university lecturers
• Contributing to the "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse" platform
• Collaboration in internal and external project communication and reporting

Requirements:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a subject related to the job profile, possibly in conjunction with previous professional experience
• Experience in the use or support of e-learning systems (learning management systems, e-assessment systems)
• Very good analytical skills
• High level of process and system understanding
• High level of trustworthiness and reliability

An advantage:

• Practical experience in the field of "e-exams" and "e-assessment" at universities
• High level of communication and social skills
• Initiative, willingness to perform and enjoy working in a team
