Tasks:

Conception, prototypical development and laboratory/field test of an assistance system for inner-city mobility with public transport and robotic support of a delivery service.

  • Low-barrier information technology design of human-technology interaction of public transport in vehicles, at stops, in the control center and in personalizable user interfaces such as smart public displays, smart glasses, smart watches and smart phones
  • User-centered design of human-robot interaction in public spaces and innovative support of an urban delivery service.

Activities include user- and task-oriented requirements analysis, usable design and prototypical implementation, and empirical evaluation of prototypes. In doing so, you will work together with our project partners or clients from research and companies and take on tasks in teaching the field.
