Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of vocational and business education

Part-time with 66% of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2022 within the framework of the project "Normality assumptions on work and occupation among young clients and their welfare state counterparts" (§ 2 Abs. 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

The project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, investigates social representations of work among young people supported by the welfare state on the one hand and employees of welfare state institutions on the other.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project.

Requirements:

• Academic university studies in vocational education or another social science completed with at least good results.

Advantageous are:

• Previous knowledge in the fields of qualitative social research, youth research or labor market research.
• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Experience in dealing with young interview partners
