New publication: No compromises? Wilhelm Wagenfeld and National Socialism

Daniel Hornuff presents his new book, which is also the result of a research semester, at a talk. Hornuff is Professor of Theory and Practice of Design at the Kunsthochschule Kassel. In his latest publication, he examines the work of industrial designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld during the National Socialist era. The book is intended to make a contribution to the reappraisal of Nazi history and the possible involvement of German artists and cultural workers - and it asks what such an examination means for current contexts.
