Coaching Congress: How to successfully accompany a company into sustainability?

Against the backdrop of climate change and similar global developments, this year's congress will address the question of what contribution psychodynamic coaching can make to sustainable transformation in companies. While companies and public discourses increasingly deal with how sustainable business can look like, consulting approaches and processes in business coaching are also realigning. Participants will be able to address many of the questions associated with this shift during the two-day congress: How can managers be supported in fulfilling their corporate responsibilities? What do coaches need to learn and rethink in order to make a constructive contribution to sustainable transformation with the help of psychodynamic coaching?

Experts from business, research, administration, politics and psychodynamics will present their research results, perspectives and experiences on sustainable transformation. In addition to lectures and workshops, public live coaching sessions will be offered on the first day. In the so-called "Coaching Zone", participants will have the opportunity to register separately for individual coaching with experienced (teaching) coaches.

The congress is organized by the Institute of Psychology at the University of Kassel (Prof. Dr. Heidi Möller) and inscape GmbH (Cologne) in cooperation with the Sigmund Freud Institute (Frankfurt), Manufaktur für Organisationsberatung Munich and the German Society for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv).
