FoSS: (Non)Utilization of Employer-Funded Occupational Pensions: Structural-Individual Constellations in the Retail Sector

Parallel to the strengthening of the company and private pillars of the pension system in the early 2000s, an exclusively employer-funded company pension was introduced in the retail sector by collective agreement. The take-up rate by employees is very low. The presentation discusses the structural and individual factors of (non)take-up as well as options for action to improve dissemination.
