Antiquarian bookshop & Publishing house in the change of time

Many students of humanities subjects are interested in working in an antiquarian bookshop or a publishing house. The "Antiquariat & Verlag Jenior" has been combining both for years and is also one of the most popular internship providers in Kassel. In the meeting the speaker Pablo Jenior presents the antiquarian bookshop and the publishing house in the change of the times and which new ways they went - so e.g. with Web Design, Branding and content marketing. And thus also shows how important flexibility and modernization are in order to survive in the digital age. In addition, the speaker will also bring a few practical exercises from the field of antiquarian bookselling as well as from the field of editing.

The event is intended for anyone interested in one or both of these areas. For students who still have the internship ahead of them, it is a great opportunity to meet a potential internship provider.

The event will take place on November 13, 2019, at 2 p.m. (s.t.) in Kurt-Wolters-Str. 5 and is expected to last until 4 p.m. The event is also open to interested students from other departments.
