The first employment contract

Whether it's an internship or your first job - the first employment contract is uncharted territory for most students and graduates and raises many questions. This makes it all the more important to deal with the topic before signing the contract and the famous question about salary expectations.

• Rights and obligations for employees
• Tips on the employment contract: What exactly should one pay attention to? What are the pitfalls?

After the lecture there will be room and time for questions. Since the topic is very diverse, you are welcome to send us more specific questions in advance to career@uni-kassel.de. These will then be answered during the lecture.

Speaker: Rudolf Schramm is a lawyer and lecturer. He built up the legal advice service of the Studentenwerk Kassel, where he offers a free consultation hour for enrolled students of the University of Kassel on Thursdays 14:00-16:30, among other things also on the topic of employment contracts.
