Young female researchers from Kassel honored at university competition in Science Year 2018

Taking future-oriented research into urban society - that was the goal of the project "Back to the Future of Work 2070" from the Department of Entrepreneurship Education at the University of Kassel. The project succeeded in holding dialog events with local cooperation partners and being present at numerous public events. One example: visitors to the Kassel Old Town Festival were able to enter a "time lock" at the project's booth, where they not only learned about changes in job profiles, but were also able to submit personal assessments. At the same time, the young researchers also succeeded in passing on their enthusiasm for science communication to students, who dealt with the topic in a seminar and became involved in the project work. The project culminated in a photo competition and exhibition at the Kassel Museum of Technology, which vividly showed different perspectives on work in the year 2070.
