Mourning the death of Hesse's finance minister

The University of Kassel mourns the death of Thomas Schäfer, Minister of Finance of the State of Hesse. "I am extremely saddened by this painful loss. Thomas Schäfer was a knowledgeable, constant advisor for the University of Kassel, who always had an open ear for the concerns of the universities," said University President Prof. Dr. Reiner Finkeldey today.
