INCHER Colloquium: Competition is the answer, but what actually was the initial question?

Dr. Torger Möller (German Center for Higher Education and Science Research (DZHW), Berlin):

How do research funding, research conditions, and governance instruments differ across international higher education systems? To what extent do international differences affect research performance? And what does this mean for the German higher education and research system? These questions will be investigated by using different data sources (online survey, funding data, bibliometrics).
