The three speakers Alexis Gross, Sascha Bergmann and Maximilian Hahn talk about their careers at Continental.

Sascha Bergmann is head of product industrialization/ passenger car tires.
Product Industrialization forms the bridge between F&E (tire development in Hanover) and series production (Korbach). PI ensures that tests are implemented at the plant in accordance with the Group's specifications and, if the tests are successful, are "industrialized" accordingly for series production.  
Alexis Gross is  Head of Training and Further Education at the Korbach site.
He is responsible for coordinating the industrial and commercial apprenticeships as well as the dual study programs.

Maximilian Hahn is HR Business Partner and Employer Branding Manager.
He is responsible for HR support and coordination of all strategic EWC measures for the Korbach site.
