Symposium "Future of nursing (professions) - from crisis to attractiveness in Kassel".

There is currently a great deal of pressure to act in nursing and the nursing professions: working conditions, vocational training and a shortage of skilled workers are currently the subject of intense debate in practice, science and society.

The symposium is dedicated to the nursing labor market in four thematic areas, is intended to enable a stocktaking of nursing policy activities in the region and to network the players involved:
Thematic area 1: Nursing profession reform: consequences for qualification
Thematic area 2: Working conditions in nursing
Thematic area 3: Mobilization of employment reserves in nursing
Thematic area 4: Governance and labor relations in nursing

In workshops, theory-practice tandems, consisting of scientific impulse and practice commentary, are used to deepen the topics in order to capture and further develop the regional situation. Each workshop will be offered twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
