Workshop: Labor Market and Syrian Refugees

Organised by the International Center for Development and Decent Work-Kassel (ICDD), the workshop event on Syrian Workers provides the unique opportunity for leading scholars, MA and postgraduate (doctoral) students, Political Parties, Trade Unions and NGOs to interactively discuss the topic with the authors of book "Integration through Exploitation: Syrians in Turkey". Postgraduate students at all stages (i.e. beginning as well as nearly completed) with special focus on migration and labor are particularly encouraged to participate. 

The workshop on Syrian workers organized by the International Center for Development and Decent Work (ICDD) at the University of Kassel is aimed at academics, master's and doctoral students as well as political parties, trade unions and non-governmental organizations. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the topic with authors of the recently published book "Integration durch Ausbeutung: Syrer in der Türkei" (Integration through Exploitation: Syrians in Turkey) . In addition, the event serves the exchange between the participants among themselves.
