Letter of confirmation

This document confirms how long you were actually present at the partner university. Please have it signed by the responsible person before you return home.

Experience report

Each participant in the Erasmus program must write an experience report. Instructions and a title page can be found in the download section.

Transcript of records

The transcript of records documents your academic achievements abroad. It will issued by the host university at the end of your mobility and either handed over to you or sent by mail to the International Office or the Departmental Coordinator.

Certificate of accreditation

The certificate of accreditation documents the achievements recognized at the University of Kassel that you have completed during your semester abroad.

OLS language test (after the mobility)

Each participant will be asked to fill out the 2nd OLS language test by e-mail after completion of the mobility (except for native speakers and participants who have achieved a C2 result in the 1st test).

EU Survey questionnaire

At the end of the mobility, you have to fill in an EU-Survey. You will be automatically asked to do so by e-mail.

The second installment of the Erasmus mobility grant can only be paid out once all the above documents have been submitted in full!
