Exhibition on agriculture in Tanzania and Germany

The exhibition can be viewed during farm shop hours on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 am - 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm. A lecture on the exhibition (Irina Cachay, Agricultural Coordination) will take place on October 2 at 6 pm.

What do farmers from Tanzania and Germany have in common? At first glance, not much. But they do exist, the similarities: EU agricultural policy and international cooperation affect their everyday work. They are united by the pressure that is brought to bear on them from outside. The exhibition "Land and economy - who harvests" shows on 20 panels very personal pictures, and impressions from the everyday work of the farmers. The exhibition is the result of several research trips in Tanzania and Germany.
