A warm welcome!
We are pleased that you have decided to study at the University of Kassel and especially for a subject from our Department of Social Sciences.
On the study information pages of the University we have compiled the essential information for a good start into your studies.
At the beginning of your studies, orientation days take place in the form of orientation tutorials (in short: "O-Tutorials"). Here you will learn everything you need to know for the start of your bachelor's or teacher training program at the Department 05 - Social Sciences.
The O-Tutorials are led by experienced students from higher semesters. They will accompany you at your start into this new (life) stage!

Dear freshmen,
we, the Fachschaft 05, welcome you to the University of Kassel!
As a student council, we are your student representatives: we organize parties, offer study advice, provide information on your timetable, represent student interests in committees of the Faculty 05 and are always available for your concerns.

Feel free to contact us by mail or on Instagram. We also have a moodle course where you can find more information. Alternatively - just drop by our room in NP5 R2109!
