2. Learning Agreement ("before the period of mobility") (Help on completing it)
3. Participating in an OLS language test, if necessary
1. Changes to the learning agreement if necessary, (“During the Mobility") (Help on completing it)
1. Letter of Confirmation
2. Transcript of Records
3. Certificate of accreditation (learning agreement "after mobility")
4. Experience report (Instructions & title page)
5. Participating in the EU survey (questionnaire)
6. Participating in an OLS language test, if necessary
