• Boiled and jacket potatoes are 100 percent organic

• The properties in Nordbahnhofstraße are supplied with 100% green electricity via an electricity supply contract with the state of Hesse through Stadtwerke Gießen.
• At the Nordbahnhofstraße site, the required heat is currently generated by natural gas boilers. A renovation concept currently being implemented envisages heat generation by a wood pellet boiler.
